1 Advocate Condell Medical Center
Advocate Condell Medical Center is a comprehensive, not-for-profit, healthcare provider serving Lake County, Illinois and surrounding communities.
2 Congressional Fire Services Institute (CFSI)
Established in 1989 as a nonprofit, nonpartisan policy institute, CFSI is designed to educate members of Congress about the needs and challenges of our nation's fire and emergency services so that the federal government provides the types of training and funding needed by our first responders.
3 Consumer Product Safety Commission
The CPSC is committed to protecting consumers and families from products that pose a fire, electrical, chemical, or mechanical hazard or can injure children. The CPSC's work to ensure the safety of consumer products - such as toys, cribs, power tools, cigarette lighters, and household chemicals - contributed significantly to the 30 percent decline in the rate of deaths and injuries associated with consumer products over the past 30 years.
4 Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
The primary mission of the Federal Emergency Management Agency is to reduce the loss of life and property and protect the Nation from all hazards, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other man-made disasters, by leading and supporting the Nation in a risk-based, comprehensive emergency management system of preparedness, protection, response, recovery, and mitigation.

6 Illinois Fire Chiefs' Association (IFCA)
The Illinois Fire Chiefs' Association is dedicated to promoting excellence in the fire service by providing a network of information sharing and opportunities to our diverse membership and associated partnerships through education, legislation and technical means.
7 Illinois Fire Inspectors Association (IFIA)
The Illinois Fire Inspectors Association is composed of Code Enforcement personnel, Life Safety Educators, Fire Investigators, and Associate members to serve as a network of resources by which our members can attain certification, education and information.
8 Illinois Fire Safety Alliance (IFSA)
The purpose of the Alliance is to bring together persons or groups with a common interest in fire safety, burn prevention, and public education, and to promote programs and disseminate information related to fire safety and burn prevention.
9 Illinois Professional Firefighters Association (IPFA)
The IPFA is a non for profit organization independent of any labor organizations. The IPFA is a strong voice for firefighter's pension benefits in Springfield and supports Illinois Firefighters and their families. 10 Illinois Society of Fire Service Instructors (ISFSI)
Providing quality educational resources and information to those who are responsible for training and educating the fire service community. This is accomplished through programs, member services, and networking opportunities that improve the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the emergency service response community.

Illinois Urban Search and Rescue Team.
12 International Association of Fire Chiefs
Provide leadership to career and volunteer chiefs, chief fire officers, company officers and managers of emergency service organizations throughout the international community through vision, information, education, services and representation to enhance their professionalism and capabilities.
13 Lake County Fire Chiefs Association
Lake and Mchenry counties are situated in northeastern Illinois, with Lake Michigan to the east, Wisconsin to the north and the City of Chicago to the south. Both counties include picturesque rural communities, highly developed urban centers, wealthy suburbs and tourist communities. Lake and Mchenry County Fire and Rescue services continue to be a model for much of the mid west due to their exceptional cooperation and readiness.
14 National Fire Protection Association
The mission of the international nonprofit NFPA, established in 1896, is to reduce the worldwide burden of fire and other hazards on the quality of life by providing and advocating consensus codes and standards, research, training, and education.
15 National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA)
To promote and improve the methods of fire protection, the discussion and consideration of all such matters as may be of general interest to the welfare, progress, and building up of the automatic sprinkler equipment business including all rules and regulations which have been, or may hereafter be, promulgated by the National Fire Protection Association and for the purpose of carrying out and obeying such rules and regulations as may be adopted and required by such association.
16 Northern Illinois Fire Sprinkler Advisory Board
The Northern Illinois Fire Sprinkler Advisory Board is a Not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting progressive legislation, raising public awareness, educating code officials and governmental policy makers by demonstrating the proven performance of fire sprinklers in saving both lives and property.
17 Mutual Aid Box Alarm System
MABAS is a mutual aid organization that has been in existence since the late 1960s. Heavily rooted throughout northern Illinois, MABAS includes over 550 member fire departments organized within 46 divisions.
18 Office of Illinois State Fire Marshal
The services provided by the agency include: arson investigations, fire prevention safety in buildings, boiler and pressure vessel safety, the program for petroleum and chemical tanks, collecting and analyzing fire reports, and the personnel standards and education for the firefighters in Illinois.
19 Residential Fire Safety Institute (RFSI)
The Residential Fire Safety Institute (RFSI) is a public interest group created in 1982 to promote fire-safe homes through built-in fire protection and fire safety education. Originally known as Operation Life Safety, our name changed to the Residential Fire Safety Institute in June, 1999.
20 U.S. Fire Administration
As an entity of the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency, the mission of the USFA is to foster a solid foundation in prevention, preparedness, and response by providing national leadership to local fire and emergency services.
